Tim Drucker is a New York based director and playwright. Tim's work has been a fixture of the Off-Broadway scene for over a decade and a half. His national tours have played extended runs in major venues throughout North America including the Kirk Douglass Theater, Mirvish Theatre Group in Toronto, Broadway in Chicago and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. He has been privileged to have worked with some of the funniest talents across Broadway, film and television. He continues to develop, direct and create new properties for commercial producers in both New York and Los Angeles.
Tim specializes in developing new comedic work. Most recently, he had the immense privilege of launching the global tour of Trixie and Katya Live! where it has played to sold out audiences across the globe including Radio City Music Hall.
This past winter, he was in residence at the Apollo Theater in Chicago with Right Angle Entertainment where both his productions of the Bachelor and Love Actually musical parodies received unanimous critical acclaim.
This past summer, Tim launched the Off-Broadway return of Friends! The Musical Parody before it returned to the road for the second year of the North American Tour where it plays through 2022. Other highlights include the longest running Off-Broadway comedy Sex Tips for Straight Women which was featured on Real Housewives of New York City (Sonja Morgan), Shahs of Sunset (GG Golnessa) and Kendra On Top (Kendra Wilkinson) where it played at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas until March 2020.
As an acclaimed bookwriter of musicals, Tim co-wrote with Randy Blair, the Off-Broadway cult hit musicals Fat Camp, Perez Hilton Saves the Universe and Spidermusical, which he also directed. As a member of the infamous sketch trio, The Other Baldwins, they created Haute Mess while in residence at Ars Nova.
